As a District Manager, you’ll enjoy benefits that help set you up for success. During your first full calendar year, you will receive 15 vacation days and seven paid holidays — dependent on your hire date. Your vacation time progresses to 20 days in year two, 25 days at year five and 30 days after 10+ years — that’s six weeks of paid time off.

Our investment in you kicks off on day one. Throughout training, you’ll pick up the basics: our culture, how to lead a winning team and learning to run a multimillion-dollar district.
