Name: Synticee

Years at ALDI: 2.5

Role: District Manager

I think that a successful District Manager must be motivated and care about the quality of their work. It is important that a District Manager be assertive, relational and an effective communicator. A District Manager should be honest and prepared to share knowledge, as this builds trust with employees and your fellow colleagues.

During the year of training, I was exposed to many different situations. These experiences, ranging from staffing to product management, helped to develop my decision-making skills. Throughout my year of training, I was also exposed to the leadership styles of different District Managers. Training with other District Managers helped me understand how to interact with others, drive results, and define my leadership style. Training, development, and time spent with employees are the most rewarding parts of the position. Helping each employee reach their fullest potential means our customers receive the ultimate benefit.
